Barclays mess up all the time, not just with their online banking site. You should try their telephone banking service. Thats even worse. You get different staff giving out contradictary advice. None of Barclays staff actually know the code of banking or the rules and regulations that go with it. I've had money taken from my current account due to errors of Barclays and I am still having to complete countless forms months later when Barclays themselves know they have made mistakes.
