Have you tried to pay your concil tax bill online? IMPOSSIBLE!
Their format asks you for too many digits for the account reference and won't let you pay when you can't enter the required 10 digits. Spent half an hour on the phone telling Barcleys about the problem but it was like talking to brick wall.
